    Debatable. Early Birds have more hours to work with during the day and are less likely to have anxiety. On top of that, they're more cheerful and are awake when it matters. Night owls developed as hunters while early birds were asleep. Their anxiety would kick in and they'd ward off predators. While they're more creative and risk-takers, they wind up buying more coffee.
