I don't think any character should be banned. Sure, Bayo has an arsenal of tools, setups and such, but her playstyle has been adjusted to by the players, so I don't see why she's still a no go. Besides, she got some considerable nerfs, too.

I don't think she's still banned in those countries considering she has been severely nerfed. Regardless, I think a ban was unwarranted to begin with honestly.
