SCRIMMY BINGUS???

Could somebody be kind enough to explain to me what scrimmy bingus and the crungy spingus is? I feel like its all some part of a joke I don't understand and people on youtube take it so seriously, they keep saying it's their favorite game and whatnot. I want to know what is going on??
