Uhhh can someone open a public server? My game keeps freezing everytime i choose and decide. I guess theres nobody. So can someone open a battle server?(public)

It's problem with the game mode itself. Private battles still work, but publuc matchmaking is broken. They're working on fixing it ASAP.
