    Color Splash will most likely fail because the Wii U sold poorly and Color Splash is getting a lot of hate. I'm just not gonna buy it because Nintendo is not listening to the Paper Mario fans. And the director for this game said since Mario and Luigi is a thing, they'll just trash up Paper Mario.

    That's the first reason that comes to mind for me on why Splatoon Edition won't sell: the Wii U's sales.

    Smash 3DS sold WAAAAAAY more copies than Sticker Star, and has only been out for half as long. I bet Color Splash will only get 1.5 million copies sold at best, if it's lucky.

    TTYD has sold slightly more than SS, and that was on the GCN (performed about as bad as the Wii U). That should really tell Ninty NOT to go the SS route. There's no way CS is going to sell well when it's on an underperforming system and has more hate than SS.

    People have been finding copies of the first 3 games over time, and getting rid of their SS copies. If Nintendo knew about this, they'd know that CS is the OPPOSITE of what the majority of Paper Mario fans want.
