    Never gonna happen. Gears of War is a Microsoft-exclusive franchise that couldn't have less to do with Nintendo.

    Gears of War is owned by Microsoft, so he's as likely as Master Chief, Kratos from God of War, Banjo and Kazooie (unfortunately), or Nathan Drake.

    Not even remotely possible to be included into SSB. In order to be qualified the character must have made at least 1 appearance in a Nintendo game and Gears of War characters have made 0 due them being owned by a different game company. This is why we will never see him, Kratos, Ratchet and Clank, Master Chief, Sly Cooper, or any other exclusives become SSB characters.
