    Al' had a bad dream of being permanently locked in the form she's in now. She didn't want that to happen... Ever. It gave her a lot lf anxiety, and usually your brain takes your anxiety and makes it into a nightmare to test you for when the real thing happens. Her tail twitched and moved in her sleep, which would be considered normal.
