Meh. I will ALWAYS consider N a rival. He is my favorite. And he's the only Bad-Guy-Villain-Dude who constantly battles you. But Silver is also cool. I totally think that his mother is Ariana, and Mars is his sister.

@Lauren I don't count him as a rival as he is, a villain. Is is part of the bad team. He tries to stop you anyway he can. A rival just battles you to test strength, not try to destroy you.

@TheTRUEgge I didn't put the opposite gender player characters because they change depending on what gender you choose. Plus it would add too many more characters. Also why I didn't add Brendan/May

Again, N is a villain, so he doesn't. Then by your logic Shauna, Tierno, and Trevor shouldn't count either. You only battle them 2-3 times.

Not really, She doesn't show herself to you until the aftergame, and she just wanted to stop the world from being destroyed, and you kinda happened to be champion, so she knew you could help.

well, i am going to define it now. a rival can have as many battles as they need, as long as you meet them at the beginning of the game. meaning in the first town, or the next one over.
