    I think the ghost should be another form. You may want to add more detail to the ghost, so you can really tell it is the necromancer if you use the ghost as another form. It would be cute/cool if the little ghosts in her hair were part of her magic. They could be used as spies when they are holding her hair. Just my thoughts.
