Should I Get This?

Ok.. I'm unsure if I should get this but I do have some questions.. 1. Does this have layers? 2. Is there a good variety of tools? and.. 3. What are some of the tools the game has?

    Well yes, it is a good game! Some of the tools are 1. Pencil 2. Marker 3. Paint 4. magic wand (just adds sparkles/other to your drawing.) And..thats pretty much it.. it is a great game, its very fun! hope this helped~~

    It has three layers, and all the tools have a wide range of sizes and opacities.
