What if Wolf did make it in as DLC?

I wouldn't have cared very much. I think too many people want previous veterans from Brawl and Melee when we needed new and unseen characters in Smash. They already had their chance but they didn't make it. Not everyone gets a second chance.

    Well, if he were just like his Brawl version, people would call him a clone/semi-clone and say he's a waste of a non-existant character slot.

    Wolf's move set in Brawl is just other characters move set just put in his gameplay to make it seem that he has unique move set.

    We already got so many newcomers in the game already (more than ever before) and there were only so many more veterans that could return and that probably would have been their last chance as we don't know if there'll ever be another Smash game again.

    Having said that, I think that they did a good job with the DLC character selection. We got veterans, iconic characters, a surprise character, and a requested newcomer.

    I really think if Star Fox Zero came out when it was originally supposed to in late 2015, I think they would have used Wolf DLC as a way to promote the game.

    We would have 57 characters in this game. Bayonetta is the 56 not the 58. Sakurai is trolling us about DLC.

    That would be cool. Just imagine they give him Mewtwo/Roy treatment (i.e. some moves are tweaked or improved on and all that jazz). That's something I will be looking forward to that for the next Smash Bros.!

    If Wolf were DLC, maybe I'd have a reason to get back into this sorry excuse for a game. Just cut the Tr4sh (Smash 4 clones: Roy, Lucina, Dark Pit, and Dr. Mario) and then I'll really be happy.
