The only useful thing that Tatsu does all story in Xenoblade Chronicles X (assuming you're not counting the Affinity Mission BFFs, which I'm not since iirc it's not required) is point out a door in Chapter 11. I still prefer him to Lin, though, because unlike Lin Tatsu is actually funny at times. Also, he's a Nopon and Nopon are master race
