How to unlink my NNID to my old 3DS?

A long time ago, someone broke my Nintendo 3DS XL. 2-3 days ago I just got a New Nintendo 3DS XL that cost $200. But I still have my NNID on my old 3DS. How to unlink it on my old 3DS? I need to put my New 3DS.

ok but anyway the way it works is you can only have a nintendo network ID per 3ds and cannot link it to another system aside from a wii u but theres only one way but sence your old 3DS is broken it wouldn't work
