I need help!

I used to have a super smash bros for wii u disk, but it got damaged somehow and ive tried everything to fix it, but it never worked. Now that ive bought a new one, im wondering if i can restore my data somehow. (Only need to beat one more challenge) So if you know how, please tell me. Thanks

i'm pretty sure save data is stored on the console itself not the disc.
