somthing i have noticed

yesterday when playing as marth i did some 1 on 1 and noticed that when i evade behind people most of them bring up their shield so every time i evaded behind someone i used shieldbreaker (marths netural b) and it caused a shield break somtimes is this a result of reflexes or do some players not know that marth can break shields with this move

    I think it could be both. Sometimes it's reflexs, but if they're really good and experienced they probably wouldn't. So I think it's usually newer players.

    a quick jab does not break a full shield completely but it does make it small enough to scare them away from you giving a few seconds to decide your next move i tend to evade a lot so i can avoid shieldbreaker myself but if its to save a teammate then so be it i will gladly use my whole shield so that they may survive and fight back

    A perfect shield will not result in a shield break. In fact that's actually a disadvantage for you since they could still punish you if they perfect shield.

    I mean it could be both.Or maybe it is a reflex I tend to do that but I immediately doge to get away from them.No one will ever know.

    @benonline i have quick reflexes and i tend to do things most people would not expect like running towards a powerful charged up smash attack and just hit counter

    what do you guys do if your opponent is afk at the start of a one vs one i just wait untill they react but sometimes they dont fight like in previous matches please answer both if possible

    a few minutes ago i was marth vs an ike player in a 1 v 1 duel we were both on our first stock with both of our percentage over 100 and i ko him with my side smash i taunt and he respawns i evade and tap him with shieldbreaker and he just falls to his doom i cant stop laughing right now help me
