Shulk becomes useful again as a non-leader member of the battle party in Xenoblade once he unlocks the skill Glorious Future... too bad it's the final skill on his last skill branch, meaning that he won't be able to get it until near the end of the game, even if you're going out of your way to do sidequests. Why did Shulk's battle AI have to be so bad?
