    Escaflowne kind of had it all: massive worlds, excellent characters AND giant steampunk robots ^_^ Plus the Japanese actor that plays Dilandau is also the voice of Envy in Fullmetal Alchemist, *so good* Have you seen Knights of Sidonia? It's a Netflix series, found it hit similar points...

    Jaymar A.L: Idk, I put my pen to my 3DS screen and *poof!* there's art! O^O I might be possessed by an artistic ghost Q<Q On a serious note, I generally look at pose references to get the correct proportions and then I add my own flair! The clothes are usually closer to the body's shape when more effort goes into creating that shape in the 1st place! =o=" I try to keep these somewhat tame tho.
