So, someone asked me how I made my froakie so I separated the parts a little. I used bubbles for the bubble scarf...thingy XP...and then used smaller bubbles for the ones under Froakie's nose. Then I made the eyes with two ovals and then colored the rest! I also started with a frog if that helps.
