My biggest nitpick with this game..

So you know how each fighter gets a cool Nickname on the Boxing Ring stage? Why, oh WHY did they decide to nickname Megaman "Blue Metal Hero?" He already has two well established nicknames ("The Super Fighting Robot, and The Blue Bomber.") And "Blue Metal Hero" doesn't even sound cool! It'd be like calling Mario "Red Jumping Plumber" or something..

    But he is called "Blue Bomber" in the US version. Maybe you have the game from a different region?

    No...it's definitely "Blue Metal Hero." Ok so I looked it up, and it turns out that it is a reference to something: "The NA and Japanese character titles for Mega Man are references to Mega Man 8's full Japanese title, Rockman 8:Metal Heroes." That is a VERY obscure reference... from, arguably the worst of the Classic Megaman games?

    I think his title was "Blue Bomber" in European releases. Although that's neat and all, Mac's title was changed to "The only numbers he knows are one-two", which is equally awful as "Blue Metal Hero".
