changes compared to ds game?

hi i was thinking about buying this, i have only used the original ds version so quick question, how are the lessons compared to the original ds program? and what changes has there been to the painting program itself?

Compared to that, this one is amazing. You don't have to mix paints yourself, and there are loads more tools, such as marker pen and pastel. There are plenty of pokemon to copy and lessons.
