ちなみに子会社を売りまくると総資産が減って\(^ο^)/な事になるので、赤字でもあまり売らないようにするといいです。しかし、赤字→資金難→借金できない→倒産となるルートを作っておいたんで頭を使うようにしました。借金をするので会社格付けが下がる→借金が出来ない→総資産を増やせないという悪循環もあります。つまり……

それは大丈夫なはずです。子会社売却って、建物・土地資産が現金預金として流動資産に変わるから、売却益があれば総資産に影響はないと思います。ちなみに超最強ゲス技を使おうとしている私がここにも…w（同じ方法かは分かりませんよ）今の格付けはAAAで、総資産1200億円、借金可能金額は1500億円です。ギリギリ行けるかどうかというとこです。一応、倒産の罠は見事ほどけましたよ(￣▽￣)ﾄﾞﾔｯ
