Is there dual screen local multiplayer?

Like, for two players, is there multiplayer with one player on the tv and the other on the gamepad?

    There is splitcsreen, yes. You need to change player one's view to TV only, and then connect a second controller. You can use either a Wii U Pro controller, or a Wii Classic Controller Pro for P2.
