    I'll be fine, sweetie. I didn't have enough time to finish my midterm, so my grade suffered a big hit, but I've come to far to let it all be for nothing. I've done well on every other assignment, so all I have to do is crush the easy final and be done with this compressed class.

    here ye are, my latest w.i.p TvT (excuse how messy it looks .o.) 1. i don't like how pearl came out, and 2. i feel there should be something more here. i mean i'll add more detail when i color it, but it kind of looks "eh" right now, you know? .~. i just need some expertise for it

    Overall, I feel you've got an excellent concept to work with, and the background color is beautiful as well as emotional. That fading sunset look really captures the essence of the sorrowful tears shed by Pearl, who looks accurate and well-drawn from my perspective. Could you be more specific about what's bugging you about Pearl's appearance?

    I believe you've already made a complete concept here. If you intend to change her appearance, then just be sure to make a second save file of this piece so that you don't lose the original in case things get a bit rocky during a redraw. I believe you mean stiff as in 2-D, primarily in the face, so perhaps you should try a 3/4 perspective with references to help guide you through the process.

    @mitch yeah, i might leave it how it is (for the sake that i've already moved past the sketching stage or even if you say it'll look fine), but i might experiment more with her tomorrow~ that's actually what i did the first time, i had about 5-6 seperate saves of pearls in different poses n such X3
