how would waluigi play?

if waluigi was to ever get into ssb5, how do you think he'd play? I think he'd have huge jumping ability with the highest jumps in the game with a ridiculously good air game, but with a below average ground game with his smashes doing little damage but having good range. I dont think he would be wario clone because of their body structures being extremely different.

    For his side smash, I'd figure it'd work like this: When he charges, the knockback increases, but the damage decreases, or vice-versa.
