“3D酔い”は体質にもよるから、合わない場合は仕方ないですね。部屋を明るくするとか画面から離れるとかで多少は軽減出来るかもしれませんが、酔いがひどいようなら無理しないでくださいね。

3D酔いもあるけどFPS酔いもあるかと… 個人の体質なので人によって症状の出具合は違いますがあまりに酷いようでしたら数十分休憩を挟むのが良いです (人によってはなれてくる人もいるとか…)

体調が悪いときは酔いやすいよ。実際の潜水艦よりあっちいったりこっちいったりグルグル回るから結構酔うのかもね。
