    Allows bows/yumi to strike at 1 range. Most become 1-2, Mini/Shining/Sidelong are unaffected. I'll need to do some testing once I get a Spy's, though. Not sure if it becomes 1-3 or (1/3).

    I was thinking of testing that too sometime (once Kiragi, my recipient of that skill, gets bow rank A; he's pretty close). I already have a Spy's Yumi, so all I need is weapon rank. If you end up finding out how it's affected first, be sure to let us know.
