Why is people already wanting Smash 5? We didn't even have this game for a whole year when the DLC ended.

Anyway stop requesting for dumb characters like King Rool, Dark Samus, Steve, etc. We need fighters, not joke characters. No Daisy, No Dark Samus, No Steve, stop people.

    Dark Samus would be a clone. I don't care if you guys say they have different weapons. Look at Dark Pit. Steve is a ridiculous choice. King Rool would be a waste because no one will use him for being combo food and would suck in the game. Look at Palutena, she was requested a lot, yet WHO USES HER??? Right, pick characters that is worthy and not a waste.

    I agree Elijah. We don't need a Smash 5 at the moment. But when we get it, if there is another ballot, then I think people have rights to vote what character they want. But if they vote joke characters like Goku then I agree with you.

    "No one would use K. Rool." Sure, I guess that's why he's one of the most requested characters. That makes tons of sense. And go play the Metroid Prime games and then tell me how Dark Samus would be anywhere near a clone. Oh yeah, that's right, you're too busy insulting people to do that.

    Mewtwo was one of the most requested fighter, then he became the worst character in the game and no one uses him until the buffs. Palutena was a requested character, no one uses her until this day. She's known as one of the worst characters. Bayonetta won the ballot, and no one use her anymore because they think she is ruined. Yeah, stop it with the dumb votes people.

    My brother who is a Lucas main took a game off of Ally using him and Mewtwo is a top 10 character for your information as of now, but back then, Mewtwo was also a waste because fans has been screaming for him to come only for nobody to use him because he was so bad until they buffed him.

    @BCH you are ignoring what I already covered. The main reason why I said K Rool would be a waste because no one would use him despite being requested. Mewtwo pre patch and Palutena are examples, being requested, yet no one use them because they were bad. Second, look at Dark Pit. Very different from Pit in his game, but guess how he came out in Smash?

    I think a vote is dumb if a requested character will never be used. How are you gonna request somebody, yet don't even use them? Look in tournaments, Glory, or even free for all. You would barely find a Palutena player.

    Are all characters that aren't part of the tiny handful you see online a waste then? There are ALWAYS going to be characters that are used the rarely no matter what fighting game you are playing. That doesn't mean they are "dumb".

    You lost all credibility when you said Dark Pit was very different in his own game. Dark Pit was an EXACT copy of Pit in Uprising. They had the same abilities and used the same weapons. And your so called "logic" about no one using K. Rool despite being highly requested is deeply flawed. You have absolutely no way of knowing how many people would use him. That's nothing but speculation.

    Because online modes and tournaments are clearly the only types of gameplay that exist in Sm4sh. Are you saying that no one uses those characters casually; maybe with friends at home or something and just enjoy using them casually? Unless you can prove that, your entire argument is invalid.

    Fans should always be allowed express what valid video game characters they want to be in the next iteration of the Super Smash Bros. series. Not sure if you're trolling about those characters being joke characters. That's just subjective. I used to think you were one of the cooler competitive players of this community. :l

    You guys are something. King Rool is nothing more than a Mii Costume. Dark Samus is gonna be a clone, since he is basically an alternate costume for Samus, Paper Mario is dumb, all these request are dumb. Get over it people.

    Pick a fighter instead of dumb characters. K Rool, Paper Mario, Daisy, Steve, Dark Samus, a bit more needs to stop. Also no Ridley.
