Listen, on my nintendo Wii U account, I was rude and mean in a rant and I take back EVERYTHING! Please just lift my ban, just this once. I AM SORRY!!! How long is it the second time you get banned?

Nope, Nintendo's not very hands on with Miiverse. It goes quick though, trust me.

just keep sending them messages and one time if your lucky they will say it doesnt apply to the miiverse code of conduct and remove your ban

I called nintendo about my 2nd ban, and he said my posts were reasonably against the MCOC. Or you can say ''I didn't violate the MCOC''.
