    Its really easy actually, all you have to do is reach level 40 and talk to judd straight after! Then he will give it to you! Hope this helped :)

    Salty™ is right, you reach lvl 40 then just talk to Judd. And just for future reference, you get the Octotee at lvl 45 and the Captians hat at max lvl, or lvl 50!

    I feel u. I beat story mode and then I was like... wait, where are the hero charger, hero shot, hero roller, and octoshot? You actually get the Octoshot at level 40

    For the hero weapons, you need to complete hero mode, and then complete the amiibo challenges. You also have to buy them from Shelldon. Hope I helped!
