Should i still tell my mom tht i'm feeling well? i'm really scared of what my mom is gonna say to me

every night when i go to bed i feel like someone is choking me and i also feel like someone is punching me.

    well the best advice is to tell her contantly. or fake that something when wrong, you can't move, or eat, or walk... untill she fells that she needs to do something about it.

    i hve told my mom tht i'm not really feeling well for six month but all she tells me tht she is tired and stress out but she is gonna be in more stress when she gets her new job which is a Air traffic controller. I get it she doesn't care about me anymore and she barely does stuff for me.

    could be a reaction to the new environment in oklahoma, like seasonal allergies, only it's new for you because it's a new environment. happened to me once when i moved. has your grandma given you any suggestions for what it is or what to do?

    Asthma and anxiety disorders cause similar symptoms… They're right, new environment especially for allergies. If i may strongly suggest, you really need to make calls or network with friends to help get you to a doctor. If it is asthma, you really need the right medication ASAP. Waking up with asthma attacks at night ARE scary. An anxiety attack can mimic asthma too, so best find out what it is.

    I had asthma when i was a baby but i don't hve it anymore but i would hve to wait to go to a allergist cuz my family is moving again.
