    @Zook 2: I'm sorry your feeling this way, and I am happy you have admitted it in some forum. However, you need to speak to your friends, family, or doctors about it because that is the only way they can help you out with your problems. I would suggest asking for Cognitive Behavior Therapy, as that can work, if not anti-depressents can help. Someone will help you, and somebody does care.

    My advice would be to tell your family, friends and contact a psychiatrist to help. Whenever I'm feeling down, I just think of my favorite thing in the world. Maybe you should think of that and some good times you've had. I know that this alone won't stop it, but it can help a little.
