    Most of the characters who uses a counter. They may auto-counter over 40% of the time when you press a button...I think.

    CPU level 9 Lucina Is pretty hard since she always counters at the the right and is always in your face. Her Up Smash has some pretty messed up hit boxes that makes her even more annoying.
