3DS still won't let me in

ok it been 10 week and 3DS miiverse still won't let me in and I don't know what to do can somebody help me please!

    I had a problem similar to this. On my first 3DS I couldn't get on for two weeks I was falsely banned for two weeks.After it broke, I got a new one and I couldn't get on because it was under maintenance.Maybe the reason we can't go on miiverse is because something's up.What was the first thing you saw while trying to get on your 3DS Miiverse. If it's the internet connection, try another test.
