GamePad Messing Up Again! >:-(

This time, it scrolls up even though I'm not doing anything and I can't really jump in Smash Bros! Does anyone know what to do?

    I've had this problem not too long ago! did you try doing resetting method? (holding a, b, +, - at the same time for 3 sec) if that didn't work (it didn't work me :(() you might have to get your stick(s) replaced.
