The film itself should not have any structure like a video game, acting must be well done, visuals, etc., must not resemble the game completely, whole thing must not be too faithful, and creative liberties, as well as artistic opportunities, should be limited to adding details that would actually support the story and its connection to the source material.

They also should not have any effect on the story, causing it and any thing in it to be drastically different from the source material and anything in it. The Film should not have the interactive feeling of the player playing a video game, but rather the Director taking the audience somewhere in the story.
