the elemental monkeys are overhated imo. sure, they're basically carbon copies of each other outside of the typing and a few movepool differences, but at least they have nice movepools and when they're evolved decent offensive stats. and at any rate I don't think the appearance similarities are as egregious as those of the Incarnate Forces of Nature who had even fewer features swapped
