OEDO EXPRESS#08 (迷大氏主催の開発記ランキング参加投稿) 姿を現した新型特急お待たせいたしました。新型車両の発表です。VSEを基にして、塗装を蒼白色をベースとしたものに変更し、赤帯の下に、新たに青帯を加えました。これが以前予告していた新型車両、International Super Express、通称ISEです。初試験運転日が雨とは悲しい。
