【智慶急行電鉄開発記　#76】しかし、眼科で小学校の頃の女子に会うなんて、思ってもみなかったな……。さて、今回、マンションや智急大のキャンパスを売却したところ、資金が900億円まで達しました。そこで、株主優待を受けられる株を買い、新たに子会社を建設しました。今回は奮発して、高層マンションを建設しました。又、画像の様に、スタジアムの建設を行いました。一応、プロ野球球団です。これで、私鉄が所有するプロ野球球団は、智急、阪神、西武となりました。チーム名は未定です。尚、今回建設した子会社の売却金で、新線建設の資金に利用したいと思います。それでは次回も、乞うご期待！！
