@Jack Electric/Dark, Strong Jaw for its ability, with a stat distribution of 80/150/94/95/94/110 fixes Luxray's main problem, a lack of Speed, while also improving its defensive capability which was lacking before. in addition to that, it also gives it a recoil-less Electric STAB in the form of Thunder Fang and decent coverage in Fire Fang and Ice Fang.
