Nintendo not (Yet) unveiling the NX just may be the right idea/strategy. The NX may not be ready & Nintendo is probably not going to fall for Sony's trick's. Sony is just going to try to wait for Nintendo to unveil the NX, see what its all about, then steal their ideas for their PS4K. If Nintendo delays the NX (Again), that's fine. Its obvious that they want to avoid all of their past mistakes.

Since Kimishima-san is the global president of Nintendo and former president of Nintendo of America, he has done a terrific job of handling things. I'll look forward to the unveiling of the NX later this year as well as next year's worldwide launch.

I'm pretty sure they are worried about the new Xbox over NX.

I believe that Sony is more scared of both the Xbox Scorpio and the Nintendo NX.

I COMPLETELY AGREE! And the fact they don't want them to steal their ideas means it's going to be very copycat worthy! I love my Wii U, but I'm very excited for the NX!
