tbh, I don't think that running Poison Heal with Toxic Orb on Breloom is worth it compared to Technician with Focus Sash or Life Orb. sure, the immunity to burns and nice neutral coverage of Facade are useful, but Breloom is so frail that it doesn't really benefit from Poison Heal healing and it can't shut down opposing attackers with Spore as reliably without Sash since it's pretty slow.
