    i have a friend who mains Little Mac, and one day he invited me over for sm4sh (n/////n) and he was just like a FOR GLORY LITTLE MAC. sucked so badly.

    Little Mac is one of those characters that can be used skillfully and be powerful but also can just spam smashes and be just as powerful. Depends on the player. I don't like Little Mac though.

    On higher levels of play Little Mac can only approach using perfect pivots and advanced movement.

    If your trying to play Little Mac competitively either you've got serious guts or you don't know any better. His ground game is godlike and there are some good tools he has. but you can die off one mistake at any percent. Mac can do work. but if your serious about being the best you can be your better off not taking the risk and main someone more reliable.

    Because Little Mac lacks in projectiles and an unfortunate recovery, you have to play much like how you play Punch Out. Find an opening on your opponent to punish rather than aimlessly charging at them and getting punished with an edge guard at a low percent. Planting yourself in the middle of the stage helps because constantly being on the edge of the stage is too risky.
