im trying to draw a lucario for my rps....he is 2 tailed, has no spikes, deep icy blue eyes, and black spiky hair dyed red at the ends in sections....any tips...plz

use the smudge stick for the dyeed red hair to give it a more interesting effect it looks nicer if you smudge it into the rest of the hair
