    -if the upper eyelid is sphere shaped this gets a shadow too -outside the face. i guess this is a cast shadow or something.

    Very impressive. When it comes to realism - be negative! I mean - negative spaces are your allies :) If you want I can make a tutorial on drawing realism. If you can - put your gamepad in it's charging hub, and start measuring angles and lines in the air, painting to canvas. I would recommend making several preparation sketches with charcoal - it will make much easier going into details later.

    wow, kuronineko, that is so beautifully done. there's nowhere to hide in his style of drawing, it's so transparent and subtle, his sketches seem to emerge through the light. you've really caught that feeling. stunning.

    thank you ^_^ yeah da vinci's art is really amazing. idk how to explain it but its complex yet simple enough for me to understand and it looks great. i also did a raphael study and i had a much more difficult time getting it right
