would it be possible to request something for the next update?

such as nerfing/altering sheiks default down b (bouncing fish) so you're more vulnerable if you miss or disables you as an up-b would while you're in the air? maybe limiting things like Mario's fireballs or link/toon link's arrows and stuff like that to only allow 5-10 uses per 30-40 seconds to a full minute?

    to be perfectly honest I'm asking because it's particularly annoying when I'm wanting to have a nice, fun time and I come across people who spam distanced attacks and hide behind them until you get tired of it and try to get close to them, I can understand a well placed projectile, but spamming them? I came here to play a game, not to clean my email
