Is Roy worth to buy?

So I was thinking on download Roy a make him my main, but I don't know if it is worthy. I like the character design but I am not 100% sure to download him

    while roy is strong and fast he can only do single attacks except for blade dance and he falls faster then marth and lucina but except for faster speed quicker fall time and higher damage i would say you should play defensively and fight on the ground if you do get him

    Being a Roy main, I think you should go for it :) Whenever I play as him, it feels really comfortable. He's a quick character with a lot of combos. At the moment, I'm still learning about combos that start with u-airs, and what follows up after a n-air.

    He is what you get if you take sonics speed, ikes strength, put it on marth, move his tipper to the base of the sword, and give all his air attacks almost no landing lag, he is really good and fun to play as
