    I was told that you need to get Levels 1-4 of every weapon in the game. I've still got a looooong ways to go. I've snagged every Level 1 and Level 2 weapon and I have one Level 3 weapon.

    You have to unlock the skill on the Master Sword first. But also you have to unlock every weapon as well.
