Wow, that's a lot of Damage Up! Wonder how many days/weeks he/she wasted savescumming and rerolling again and again. I'm definitely not patient enough for this.

Guess you are right. Inkline has 3% for damage up for one slot, to get that triple for those shoes would be 0.0027%. So extremely unlikely to roll that.
