    You have you be in game. When you're at a moment or veiwing something you want to post come to Miiverse and the first thing you should see in the picture and it wanting you to put some text with it. You can then post. Simple yes? As for if you mean comments when posting look in the top corner. (While in game) and you see something that looks like two rectangulars.

    pick the outfit you like and have your person wear it in her closet or the photo studio and press the home button [ game will resume later] and then press miiverse it will pop up the photo
