Question

Stuck at Eagle Tower

I'm stuck at Eagle's Tower. I've knocked down all the pillars, but I am stuck in this one room. The changing barriers have to be lowered to enter, but must be switched to leave the next room. I believe it's on the 4th floor (see shot). How do I get past it?
